导致离心风机磨损的原因有哪些呢?

离心风机工作中大量的微观粉尘会因长期积累的原因造成对离心风机轴承、叶片、电机的损害,由于粉尘的粒径较小、种类众多,导致很多粉尘不能有效排除,易在离心风机易损部位形成损伤。同时,一些离心风机应用单位为了控制成本,提高离心风机通风效果,减少了离心风机除尘器的应用,这会造成粉尘对离心风机的强烈破坏,加大了离心风机磨损和故障的风险。
